I think it`s great that a no. 1 song is not suitable for children personally - why should music be dumbed down? There are plenty of songs that are suitable for children - and many that aren`t. This song is not unique in having content unsuitable for under 16s.
Parents will have to watch what their children are listening to is all. Which TBH they should be doing anyway.

well I like it. I wouldn't let my kids listen to it, but music is not king in our house. We very rarely have music on at all.
