I have made vegetable stew today and it's loooooovely!!!

Good evening all

Stayed dry this morning - yay.

Met up with a lady about the same age as Gary today. We used to see her every Saturday at the cafe in town, but when the main season was on, we started staying in the village to avoid the crowds. She had a brain tumour a few years ago and the op she had has taken quite a bit of her skull and has left her partially deaf. She told us that she has now moved into Barratt Court where Gary is and is loving it. I'm glad it's working out for her

We also bumped into another couple of friends at McD's. They came and sat outside with us and, although we were all freezing, it was lovely to catch up for an hour or so

I love my air fryer. I've had one now for a couple of years and use it for all sorts of things. Haven't used my oven since last Christmas. Unfortunately, I can't fit a massive turkey in my air fryer
