I've always thought it easier to get professionals in to do things if others don't do it when you would like it done. Also they have the correct tools. Hope you've tested now.

These days, I push for getting in the professionals. The problem is that Dave thinks he can do things that he can't anymore. He's always done everything around the DIY front, but I put my foot down now otherwise he'd kill himself.
