So glad you are recovering. It's been nearly a year since I had a cigarette and I don't regret giving them up at all. They were a noose around my neck. Keep it up - the patches were what got me through - they made it so easy. Hope you make a full recovery. Thinking of you

Gosh that was close wasn't it - I'm glad you are okay Hope you are feeling a bit better and have the courage to give up the cigarettes altogether

havent had a ciggy since tuesday eve
