Lloyds chemists do a heat pad called Therma care its £6 fo two and they are great, they self heat, take about half hr to heat and stay warm for up to eight hrs I use them whenever i get back ache and I find they are better than any pain killers.

You want to get yourself to a injury solicitor since you are the passenger in a car that has had a accident and have no control of the car you got a claim.

Don't worry about your boss it won't come out of his pocket but his insureance will have to pay for your pain and suffering.
