Treating leather?

Does anyone have a quick tip for treating leather to make it super soft?

I have been using saddle soap but after 3days constant rubbing its still pretty stiff! (dogmatic by the way!)

Saddle soap will not make leather soft, it will clean leather, but you will then have to condition it, with neetsfoot oil ( not sure if thats the right spelling) or you can use "Belvoir Tack Cleaner" & Conditioner.
If you go to a saddlery, you will have much more of a choice. :smt023
Hope this helps.

P.S you can`t beat the old way.... clean with saddle soap, then condition with oil, lots of coats.

P.S again i have Dogmatics and they are really stiff when you get them. but if you do as i say they will soften up nicely, put coat after coat of oil on to it.

Dubbin is good for e.g.new walking boots etc - waterproofs and softens.
I think you'd get it from a proper 'cobbler'or shoe repair shop. Maybe an 'outdoor shop' maybe a horsey place.
