fleas!

ok i am considering topping myself as have about 6 flea bites on my leg and daughter my little princess has 2 on her arm!!!!!!!!!!!
now the dog and the cat are both frontlined regularly and i have groomed both today and cant see any signs of flea dirt and they are not scratching. so could it be some other little critter that has bitten us or could we of been bitten when we were out and about in the woods? my cat had fleas once a few years back so i do know what they look like and i cant find anything. and there is no flea dirt on any of the places they sleep. do i have them both adopted and move house or do i stick it out could it not be them?

It could be a bite from being out in the woods, or if you have come in contact with any other animals, it could be fleas from those perhaps!

Maybe a critter from the woods? Possibly not even a flea, though they do tend to have multiple gnashes. Are they the classic eccentric shaped lumps which itch like ****?

Sure I read somewhere on here of a top tip to calm them down. Sorreeeeeee, can't remember - was it dilute lavender oil?
I just give in and take Piriton or Piriteze - they drive me mad.

(Choose a gentle way of doing away with yourself and don't let Max see - he'll be traumatised!) lol

Boil some lemons in water for a couple of hours... and then let it chill.. Put that on, it helps.... Trust me!!!!!!!

I think I wrote about it in an old post here about fleas...
