My Laptop is Sony too, it was 14 months old when it just wouldn't switch on, called Sony, they arranged for a carrier to pick it up the next day, took it back to France fixed it free of charge returned it within a week all fixed and full working order, got a call from a very nice French person asking if everything was ok and I was happy with my computer......couldn't ask for better service, probably a lot better than you get in this country!

In case you hadn't noticed, I just love Sony products, just bought their latest 46" LCD TV, got 3 of their camcorders, 3 DVD players, 1 DVD recorder..........maybe I should ask to be sponsored by them, what do you think.....lol.

I use a Hewlett Packard M22 photosmart with 4 million megapixels.

Bad points-
1)Eats batteries so invest in rechargables.
2)No normal view finder so have to use LCD (which eats batteries).

Good points-
1)Its small and light.
2)Easy to use.
3)Takes fab pictures considering its only 4 million megapixels.
4)Has a whole host of options like changing exposure,colour/black & white etc etc.
5)The software supplied is equally great and can alter pictures.

This is a picture i took with it!

Thanks everyone, I will be checking all of them out. Not sure if you have made choosing any easier though since you all think your cameras are great

Price is never a factor for me when I'm looking to buy myself a new electronic toy, so in my head I was always thinking "Sony Cybershot". But I did do some research before buying my digital camera. I ended up going with a Canon PowerShot SD550 and I couldn't be happier. It is reasonably priced, compact, many features and user friendly. I don't have any picutres uploaded right now but the quality is excellent.

Good luck with your purchase.
