Thats funny then Ceiron cause when i bought a new printer-it sourced the software off the net before the disc i had inserted had installed-so it does work.

ah it doesnt actually.

what you will find it ahs generic drivers built into xp, it uses these.

iits ntoactually gone online to find the exact drivers all it has is used a compatible generic driver.

in that sense its very good 9 tiems out of 10 but if it doesnt have a compatible generic driver then it asks to lok online and rarely finds anything.

er-no Ceiron.My laptop ended up going onto HP's website automatically to source the software-i was sat here looking at it so i think i know!

Rob,

Try looking in your phone menu, you may have to get your phone to tell your pc that it is attached? (Look in the handset book)

If not, try internet search for your make and model and put somethink like "PC suite download"
