Not in the strictest sense. If you're connecting to somewhere on the internet you are using a client not a server. If you accept connections from other places you are using a server.

There are exceptions to this rule. For instance when running a remote desktop the connecting computer is the server and the recieving is the client (since the client does all the work and the server simply serves the desktop)

Wouldn't touch IE with a barge pole!

Since I changed to Mozilla, I can actually see the difference on my computer.
IE let an unbelieveable amount of spyware/adware onto my computer.
Mozilla lets hardly anything on.

Am i the only person who has never had any problems with IE 6
I admit that anything before 6 was very buggy but IE 6 is perfect (apart from being tabless which can be fixed by installing MSN toolbar)

I use IE I tried Firefox and really hate it , to me it has the look of a childrens thing..very simplistic ( shouldn't say that.Azz told me it was the best to use for DW )

A browser is what you use to view pages on the internet. for example, the most popular one is Internet Explorer. it generally comes with windows.

The only thing I use IE for, is looking for jobs on the job centre website, as it doesn't work with Firefox.
Even with the newest version of IE, my system still manages to get full up with rubbish.

Will use all sorts but like Firefox as it makes it so easy to print from the screen with its easy to use print preview page. Also find it reproduces the websites I am responsible for in the way I intended some of the other do not do this well at all.
