freezing chicken and rice

Do you think it would be safe if I cooked some chicken mince and some boiled rice, mixed it together, cooled it and then froze it and then when I need it I can cook it in the microwave. I know that you are not meant to re-heat chicken too much.

I've done that. I think it's fine so long as you let it defrost thoroughly first and only reheat once!
Always useful to have some handy eh?

If for the dogs, I wouldn't re-heat it after freezing, would just let it thaw, but I would not leave it hanging around too long (not that there would be much chance of that if your two are like my two!)
