2nd immunisation, when can we hit the pavements?

I got out pup yesterday (shes a wee sweetie)

She has had her 1st injection with the breeder at 8 weeks, and shes 10 weeks today so shes able to have the 2nd from today onwards.

I was wondering how long after this injection we need to wait before getting her out and about on her lead. Shes come straight form a houseful of doggies (the owner had 8 other dogs ) and I want to keep her socialized.

She can go out for little walks a week after her final injection.
You can take her out before that though in your arms to keep her socialised and seeing everything, just don't put her on the ground. Good place to go is outside a supermarket. Sit on one of thier benches, her on your lap and she will see so many different things and have lots of people come up wanting to stroke her.

It seems to differ to different areas so your vet will advise when you have the second jab. Our puppy went out for his first walk yesterday which was one week after his 2nd jab.

I had my akita walking in short bursts on the pavement never grass and never let him smell anything 3 days after his second JAG but that was only due to the fact he was extremely heavy and I thought my back was going to cave in Haha. He never caught anything so was fortunate for me :d

when i had gemma vaccinated they said 5 days after 2nd injection

It's generally a week after their second one.
