Daily Thread Thursday 24th August

Good morning everyone

So pleased your guests arrive ok Nippy now hope you all have good weather

A bit overcast this morning and not a breath of wind. washing out so hopefully will dry. Out to do the months shop and then see if neighbour is in so my son can have a look at his phone and help him sort out why he can't send e-mails from it.

Sunny here at the moment, no doubt will chuck it down as soon as i set foot outside the door. I have to go meet my friend so we can go to the garden centre to pick a plant/bush for our other friend to go in the little community garden in memory of her dad so i have to leave the dogs...i will litrally just get back and have to come, let the dogs out for a wee and then pop them back in their crates with kongs and head off to the hospital! i am absolutely shattered, this week has just been so busy and i am not sleeping again, got 3 hrs last night

Stayed dry for first trip of my day...got a lovely honeysuckle and then a ceramic pot too

One of the many plants I will be planting when I get my new garden.
Boo given up trying to match the bedroom paint. Kazz had a good idea but there is nowhere I can peel a bit of paint off to get it matched so we will buy a cheap washable emulsion and redo the walls.
Hall has to be painted also.

back from the hospital...good and bad news....i will ignore the bad Lol we had a real laugh and he had students with him again and they were so appreciative of me letting them stay....they must get a lot of people refusing
