Help with Names Please!

Hi everyone

I am getting a MALE BEAGLE PUPPY in 6 weeks time and really need help on deciding a name for him!

I proabably won't offically name him until he comes home but would love some suggestions!

I prefer more original names!

Thanks in advance

My next boy dog (long time off LOL) will be called Jackson. Love that name.

My Lab is Dexter. I'm biased of course, but I love this name too. Feel free to use it!

LMAO at Jeremy!!!! That cracked me up!!

Dexter's nice too (but I love the TV series, so not sure that I could call my dog after a serial killer )

I love the names Turbo and Diesel for boys.

Thanks everyone!

Yeh my partners mum suggested Jeremy! It would be funny!

I do really like Dexter, and we have both thought about Diesel! - We find it really hard to agree! I really want to call him Dudley but my boyfriend doesn't like it!

Keep them coming everyone!

I am going with Snuffles no idea why it just popped in my head when I read it and maybe it should have stayed that way

I like it, at least it is different...much as I like the name Diesel it is very common.

Mind you, I can't imagine a man shouting 'here Snuffles' in the park, so i guess AmyH's OH may not like it

Hali

I have to agree I do quite like snuffles, and it would suit a beagle as they are meant to be great sniffers!

But yes I can't see Leighton shouting that!

I have met a Beagle called darwin ( Beagle being the name of Darwins boat) thought that was brilliant. Another hound name I like is Ranter or Reiver
