Dogs Rescued from Storm Drain

Haven't seen anyone else post this. Apologies if I missed it. Dogs disappeared and were found trapped in a storm drain. Luckily they were rescued before it filled up.

Yes .there was a case here in walsall a few weeks ago where a dog was found down a covered manhole they think someone had put him there to die He was standing on his back legs as it was so narrow,luckily some workman heard him whimpering and investigated.....what is wrong with people?
