The weather's been foul all day

which means I'll have the whole golf course to myself (and my dogs) this eveing. Oh how I love the Scottish summer

And to think, today is the longest day, the days are going to get shorter - winter is coming !

I love winter as the wet, cold, horrible weather puts all the fair weather walkers back indoors, so we generally end up with the park to ourselves.

It's been a fabulous Scottish day for dog walking! Our river walk was deserted by all but the most hardy dog walkers who are always lovely and Kia loves to chase the rain around the fields. Sadly our agility class has been cancelled but there's always next week

Yes, roll on Autumn and Winter!! Back to peaceful walks; being able to walk the paths that are now overgrown with grasses just waiting to pop their seeds into a dog's ears; not worrying about whether it is going to be too hot for the dog etc. etc.

Your golf course sounds glorious.
