Thats really good news. Dermoid Sinus is what they test Rhodesian Ridgebacks for, they are usually on their spine. Im pleased Monty will soon be lump free.

If I'm honest I'm kicking myself over it. Each time he went to the vets for anything each vet just asked what it was and left it at that. It was only when we saw this last vet that things started to move and I think he's one of the owners of the practice.

I think he feels bad that all the other vets overlooked it as he's being very helpful in trying to make sure Montys notes will make sure that insurance pay out.

I've decided that unless it's an emergency he will always see that vet now.

I'm still annoyed that the 6 or 7 other vets said nothing about it and I'm still annoyed that I didn't think to get it checked properly when it first started to become raised.

But hopefully it can be sorted now.
