Morning all
Another soggy start here!! Off to the Dr today, apparently I have to have a lifestyle check as I am now 40, don't know why I have to go...the hospital look after me, I am not diabetic nor pre diabetic, I have had 2 mini strokes, there's heart problems and cancer running through both sides and I will be told I drink too much, I won't change anything but they need to tick me off their list apparently so I will go... hopefully it's with Karen as we have a right laugh and spend most the time talking about our dogs lol

Oh yeah... it's my mums brothers funeral today, it on the IOW so any trouble her other brother causes means I don't have to deal with it this time...yay!!

Lifestyle check ups - yes who thinks up these names It's not like they are going to get you change your life is it


I saw someone on TV saying he was a 'Problem Solutions Provider' latter it turns out he was a 'Salesman'


Once in a very varied career I was a 'Salesman' - I didn't like it much but it wasn't the job title that p****d me off

Hey, it was dry this morning (well it didn't rain, but was soggy underfoot). Longer walk so we enjoyed it more.

They call them the 'Well Women Clinic' here Kelly. First time I went, never heard anything back. A routine blood test for something else 11 months later and the nurse tried to tick me off because my cholesterol was 'off the charts' and I should have made an appointment a lot earlier. When I mentioned that I had never been told that there was a problem, the subject was quickly changed . Our doctors are, unfortunately, less than efficient

Rain here still and bitterly cold as well, been to work and very pleased I sorted the last of the garden jobs on Wednesday.


Must be the time of year Griff I have been summoned for a lifestyle check too. Made appointment for next week and hope to get the flu jab at the same time, on holiday next week so all good.

Griff the computer says so you must obey stupid isn't it. If you are happy with your weight and also your consultant then tat is good.

Raining when I got up, then stopped so was able to do our walk without getting wet but it has now been raining hard since lunchtime. Have been out to collect my mower from its service and now hibernating
