My uncle as you all know by now is an alchy...he is proper nuts, he got took to the reside clinic who assess the criminally insane, anyway, they turned round and said he wasn't insane but said to my nan that if he went off to leave the house....just go , get away....this is the man who battered 12 coppers and had another 12hold him down...we regularly had my nan turn up at 3am...if the po!ice knocked my door tomorrow and said he had killed a load of people I wouldn't bat an eyelid....I have been expecting it for years...we as a family have done all we can to get people to notice how nuts he is but we are fobbed off....the people who are hurt, well their blood won't be on my hands...I have tried my very best but it will be on the hands of those who have dismissed us all these years, I and my family are not slow mentally, not financially poor (well I might be lol) and are all very well educated and if we can,t be listened to sensibly I feel for anyone who does have difficulties as they stand no chance...give it a few days and it will come out that the authorities had been aware of him
