I'm up early as the dogs insisted but nearly there with the packing now. No number to remember as they are given out when you get there, by the secretary (if she can find them - one show last November was a nightmare) then buy a catalogue (or should I say dog-a-logue) then find somewhere convenient to park the cage. Then find the Ladies.
Just need to go into town first (in the opposite direction) to find an ATM, there are two toll roads on the way to Dublin plus I need some Lucozade as I have had an upset tum for 24 hours and can't eat, trips to the bathroom are now under control so I should make it to the venue. I hope. No services on the motorways in Ireland
I was thinking about giving Deccy something to calm him down a bit, but I have beaten him to the bottle!
I'll report back tonight......

Panic over.
After a couple of false starts, we set off and got there 10.30. I had been told there were 4 breeds in front of us. What I found out when I got there, was there was the entire Gundog group first! So we got in the ring about 2.30!
Deccy needed a point towards his Junior Diploma and he was in two classes. You can only count one win at the same show. He won both, then went BOB! This is despite him hating the judge (he is not keen on large males) and double the usual entry. He moved very well and was a Good Boy.
Polly also went well but came 3rd out of 3 in Veteran (most people had given up and gone home by then). Funny, she either wins or comes last, there seems to be nothing in between, usually against the same dogs.
At least I have next weekend off now!
