Should 8 month old puppy be on puppy food?

Sammy is about 8 months old and after trying different foods he is on Chappie dry food. Is this okay for him or should he be on a puppy food?

Been reading through many threads and discovered many people think puppy food is a waste and just to feed adult food so this thread can be ignored now. lol

At 8 months he should be fine on adult food.

Many vets recommend chappie complete for medical problems so stick with it. I would though suggest putting a little warm water on, helps the kidneys.
