Very proud of myself...

This is going to seem really silly to you guys, but I'm so proud of myself lol.

I have just made and ate my very first... roast dinner

and it was very yummy

Congrats and well done! I love cooking Sunday roast, i feel its almost like an art and the more you do it the better it gets! It's all about getting the timing spot on!

As for the yorkshires, i use Jamie's recipe and they're always spot on!

What meat did you have by the way?? (God, i'm off on one now, could talk all day about Sunday roast!)

Tesco have two joints for £10 at the mo

The meat was yummy (and that takes a lot coming from me lol as I don't like meat much)
