craving (fags)

I don't know why but i'm really craving for fags

I havn't smoked in nearly five years, but lately i can't stop thinking about them
why is this?

I quit 2 years ago, and still get cravings. They pass but are a pain while there. All I can suggest is to do something to keep you busy, your mind will then be off them and the cravings will pass.

I've stopped too. Unfortunately, the cravings never seem to completely go away. I had a day like yours a little while ago. My OH was not with me either, which made it even more tempting to just go and buy a packet.......and I sooo wanted to.
