I paid the upgrade too as it said I'd be able to put a temporary address, i.e. if I went on holiday etc. But I wasn't able to do it either. I haven't looked at it for a while, maybe I should go check

did you get the paperwork?

i dont see how you couldn't do add the temp address as i can do it.

tbh if your still having problems id phone them, i had to do that and they got it sorted (it was a mistake made on my behalf, id typed in the first part of my address twice and they fixed it for me)

To make it all worse, i phoned Petlog this morning to be told neither Katie or Harvey are with them.!

They were able to tell me that the kittens were with them

He was very helpful & able to tell me who the dogs were with - company called Anibase - never heard of them & he gave me their phone number

As i have no microchip documentations for the dogs i have to put it in writing plus pay £6 per dog for the changes to take place.

You end up wondering what its all about & why its so complicated

it really does get ridiculous, iv got my fingers crossed you manage to get it all sorted soon VB x
