That sounds nice Sue, I like Mahonia, quite attractive plants. I am wondering if we get too much frost whether it will finish my daffodils off, they are pretty hardy aren't they. My lounge smells of the hyacinths that I have raised from bulbs and of course the Remembrance crocus I have for my baby David that died 49 years ago at 2 months old. He would have been 49 yesterday, bless him. I often wonder how he would have turned out.

That's sad Moyra I always try to have flowers in the house for loved ones no longer with us especially Anniversaries/birthdays.

Hello everyone, sorry I have been absent for a few days, don't know where the time goes.
It would take so long for me to catch that I'm just going to say I hope you are all well, warm and safe

Yes it helps Lynn. I don't think David would have been like either Wendy or Stephen but I think he would have taken after his dad in height and body weight etc.

Just walked Amber out there and she met up with a new Greyhound we had not seen before, had a Dogs Trust collar on him and was called power. The chap said he usually walked him over the field and let him go and he would chase himself silly then sleep all day. I feel I could sleep for the rest of the day now, so maybe I will have a lay down for an hour.

Was wondering if you were OK Nippy, so glad to hear that you've been having plenty of Carvery lunches and just not had time
Back from shopping, everything will be filled up and then I may not have to get much next week, considering there's only me I go through a fair bit, although I do get liver, tinned fish and veg for the girls, and of course their bananas, mustn't forget the bananas otherwise I'd be sacked, although that would be cheaper and more restful I think
Right, best get everything in their various homes and hoover the stairs, knew there was something I was going to do, and it was get the hoover out, also take the sheets up from the floor as its heavy rain tomorrow, so we'll be hibernating

Hi everyone
I've logged in a couple of times but every time I'm about to post I get interrupted from someone being at the door then realising that I needed to weigh my case and the hand luggage,
Well all sorted now,
Am getting quite excited now ,
Hubby is taking me out for tea, whilst Lauryn is off to work
So will catch up when I get back hope everyone has had a good day
Back later

Have a good time, I missed where it is you're going but must involve an aeroplane if you're weighing luggage (see how quick I spotted that )

We'll get someone to cover for you
