Fish recipes

I am looking for any ideas on cooking fish on the BBQ tonight.

Anyone got a recipe they dont mind sharing?

whole mackerel does quite well, wrapped in foil with a bit of butter

BBQ salmon!!! Bit of salt and lemon in tin foil!!!! Can't beat it IMO!!!!

Very jelous as we have no garden for a BBQ!

slice your chosen fish stuff with peppers onion and garlic add a tiny bit of thyme and lemon wrap in foil and place on the bbq untill done

can also do the chosen fish wrap it around sliced onion and garlic and thyme a tiny bit of pepper / salt then add seasoning if required

i have loads of em lol could go on all day

Monkfish makes great skewers if you like that, with colourful additions such as cherry tomatoes and courgettes.

It will take strong flavours but I quite like marinading fish in ginger, lemon grass and miniscule bit of garlic to infuse with delicate but distinctively different flavours.

monk fish is nice bbq'd with cloves and honey thats a real tasty one then when its nearly done add bay leafs yummi

Thanks guys

There was no Monkfish available (should have planned better) but have some lovely salmon to try tonight but I will definately give the rest a go soon.
