Off to the Borders tomorrow

We're off to the Borders tomorrow to meet up with my sister (Fudgeley) and family. Taking all the dogs and meeting at a hotel called the Buccleuch in Moffat which is renowned for being a doogy hotel / pub / restaraunt.

After lunch we are planning to do the Gallowhill and Tank Wood.

Been to Moffat plenty of times but not the hotel or the walk.

I'll let everybody know what both the hotel and walk are like and no doubt post some pics of Skye, Fingal, Breagh & Fudge once i'm back.

Enjoy yourselves - weather forecast isn't too bad, although everytime I go through Moffat to get to the M74 it seems to be misty/foggy (no matter what the forecast!). Hopefully that won't be the case for you.

The hotel was good. Great food and they even brought doggy bics when our food came.

The walk was good and the dogs had a great time too - i'll pop some pics on later

Sounds like a good day but the dogs will be wanting to eat out all the time now.
