Hi,

I think going back to using the crate is an excellent idea.

Since Yiannis was attacked he now will only settle and sleep in the large crate I have with Ellie cuddled up to him. It gives him security and makes him feel secure and that, to me, is more important than being allowed to roam free.

He's allowed to come and go more or less as he pleases but he doesn't want to any more. He was never specifically crate trained but I've found now it's an absolute godsend. And it certainly isn't a demotion. It's something that you can use to help Ripley.

Peace has resumed!!!!

She was back shut in her crate last night and i didnt hear a peep from her! came down this morning and she was flat out on her back snoring!
Definately gonna keep her in there for another few months and see how we go!
