I had a quick look and on the whole I think it is a great step forward. Some minor issues need to be ironed out (such as annual vaccinations being compulsory - maybe bi-annually or every 3 years for breeding stock) but definitely a step in the right direction.

I dont vaccinate since Morgan had a major problem, mine get the first two then thats it. Also cant see you seperating the sexes, Bron wont be parted from Spence so that wouldnt work at all.

There's no way any official body would make me vaccinate my dogs if I didn't want to. That's a personal choice made on an informed decision and it's got nothing to do with anyone else.
