Blackie (BC) stays so close to me

Hello,
I am on the computer and I just looked down, and here's Blackie lying half under my wheelchair How closer does he want to be?

Here's a photo of him, well his back end, sorry it isn't too clear, with him being all black. Please excuse my stumps, I tried to get them out of the way.

No he is this close all the time, he won't even go and have a pee unless he can see me at the door or window.

It's lovely to think a animal can love a human so much, but at times it can be a bit too much to handle, if you know what I mean.

I love him so so much.

I must admit Tonto is like that with me.
He's sat here next to me right now, but he's learnt that he can't rest his head on the keyboard.
Wherever I sit, even if on the floor he will rest his head on me, or even lean against my legs if he can't get up on the couch.
If I go somewhere he follows.
We have a stairgate so the dogs can't get upstairs and when I come down in the morning he is sleeping on the bottom step.
...... and he's fine to be left, its as if he knows he's been left for a reason and settles no problem.

He is so close it is unbelievable at times, if it is his dinner time he won't eat if I'm not eating something with him. When I sit outside he lies down beside me and is on gaurd constantly, he will even lie there and his eyes will be closing and his head slowly dropping to the ground but he still stays there until I say I'm moving then he will go in front of me and wacth me come in the door then he will stand out of the way until I get past him.

He's soo good, and more to the point I have never trained him to do so, he has decided to do all this himself.
