Treating minor cuts and grazes on the face

When I was brushing Trinny earlier i noticed she had alot of scabs on her face,
there not huge but there quite afew,im thinking there from when her and Seren are play fighting,
Seren has needle teeth and she tends to grab Trins face
Trin doesnt stop her either,
I dont let them play like this for long but I didnt realise Trin was being damaged while rough playing,
oviously now I do all i can to stop them all together.
Can anyone suggest a cream I could put on Trins face
I feel so bad for not realising that she had these cuts

Skincure from Bob Grass - stinks but really good stuff! It also helps the fur grow back quickly

I'd say sudocrem too, it works wonders on Dusty\s tummy when she gets her grass allergy rash.
