A friend of mine has a Plummer Terrier called Uther, after King Arthur's dad apparently. Too embarassing in the fields if you ask me!

OH has a mate who called their cat Gromit...their last name was Wallace! Therefore, in the vets the nurse had to call Gromit Wallace LOL

Well, Cassie's nickname is Wufflehoond...bet your surprised! She also gets Little Moo!

Know of dogs from the same litter called Sausage and Chips

My Nonna's GSD ( now at the bridge) was called Zephyr ( after the car) but he used to get called Cheezums, Bob, cheezinkins, stinky, oldboy, zephyalophilis to name a few ( mostly by my auntie - whose child is called Alex - but she calls him Bean !!! LOL LOL

Satan and the dog was a Yorkshire Terrier

also Askit - the person who owned the dog loved when people asked what his name was and she would say "Askit"

The oddest name I have ever heard was a friend of mine's weimeraner called Rudee, so when we had to call him she would stand there shouting out "Rudeees, Rudeees"! I used to hide somewhere!
