Connor's Crufts

Thank you for everyone's good luck wishes!

We sadly didn't get placed - he was in a class of 10 but he didn't put a foot wrong he was so relaxed and gave 100%

He was really cool as you never know how the atmosphere will get them to be honest - but he was great - luckily the judge didn't use her crutches.

The videos and pictures are being uploaded!

And yes he was clean before he went !

His half brother got placed in his yearling class though!

We enjoyed our day and so did Connor he slept most of the time - met Ramble where he promptly laid down on the floor again

Was so tired yesterday when we got home - everyone including Connor slept well!

I love being there and seeing everyone

Good luck to those over the next couple of days!

Will upload the pics when all done!

No shame in not being placed, another time you will be. When dogs are young the impression they give the judge changes from week to week. Think it is this that get most of us hooked as you always think as you pack the bag weekend after weekend that this week may be your turn and of course it sometimes is.

Glad you enjoyed your day at Crufts, have to admit it is my least favourite show and although I do go sometimes I have not taken a dog with me for about 6 years.

Will be there dogless on Sunday and will be doing the rounds of the hounds for as long as my feet hold up

I watched the feature on Gordon Setters last night on Crufts. It was really interesting. Next time the decision could be entirely different. Well done for qualifying and well done to him for being so good with all that going on around him.
