Cassie's had another fit...not as severe though.

Just heard Cassie upstairs and something didn't sound right. Went up to check on her and she was just going into a fit It was only about 1/2 as severe as the last one though and John reckons she was still looking at him while she was fitting. As soon as the fit was over she was up on her feet and her tail was wagging We've given her a diazapam orally and she's lying on the cool kitchen floor so hopefully she's ok now. John's going to ring the vet in the morning to see if they want to see her.

I'm glad to hear the fit wasn't too severe. I hear that it does take a bit of time to get the dosage right (and I think you said the same thing), but hopefully you are nearly there.

hugs to the wee girl, (though it sounds like she doesn't really need them as she's already back to her normal happy self)

Thank you. Hopefully we're heading in the right direction. It's me that's the wreck

Sorry Kel, didn't mean to give you a fright. She seems ok, just knackered and I need a drink

Just to let you all know, Cassie's had a peaceful night and is now curled up on my pillow with John. He's going to call the vet when they open, so I'll let you know later what they say.

I think it's obviously a good thing that the severity is less than last time - shows the drugs are working.......

Hope the gorgeous Princess feels better soon, J
