Training update
Okay so I said I was going to do this hill race thing. So far I've been swimming three times, the gym once and road running...well haven't really done much of that. It was more a quick jog for a minute, walk, jog, walk, stagger quickly, walk...pause while lungs clambered back into my body...jog a wee bit more...give up cause I sound like a demented steam train.
and no, I don't smoke...just well out of shape. Ah well, not long now and I'll be running everywhere.
