To any of you who have had dogs that have had pups, how do you know when they've had them all .... with the appearance of the placenta???

Jenny - each pup is in its own sac so there is no single placenta as in a human birth.

Aw, 3 puppies so far, wow, lovely little things they are too

Dinner was smoked sausage, bacon and onion in a white sauce, with chips. Thorough comfort winter food.

Still watching, but about to go out for a short time.

Still 3 so am going out to feed Lona and Keshi, Keshi is in the yard yodelling her heart out because not only has Mabs been whisked away but her mummy has also, and it is HER birthday
