My Friends Beautiful House (Pic Heavy)

A couple of weeks ago my friend invited me to take Charly over to hers as she had never met her and was really wanting to. As my friend owns Boxted mill which is beautiful I thought I would take some pics while we were there. Sorry I know there are lots but its just a peice of paradise.
Every room you go to in her house you can hear the water and see it.

The front of the house. Sorry about my car in the way.

Looking across at the back of her house from the bridge on the lane

The rest were taken as we walked around outside in her grounds.

That would be the perfect place for me to live - except that swan - that'd have to go or I'll have to wrestle it to get Louie back

She is so lucky she lives in such a beautiful house with such a sight outside - so jealous!

Lovely Bev. Lucky friend.

I was wondering how long your friend had lived there.

Gorden had a friend who use to live in a posh part of Hutton near Brentwood and then his family moved out that way and had a mill house, we went to his 21st party there (the mill house) out that way and it would of been around 1978 so 33 years ago. It just looks so familiar.

I suppose they all look more or less the same though.

You can sit outside and everywhere is silent except for the sound of the water and the birds singing. As soon as you get out of your car thats all you can hear. It is how you would imagine heaven to be.

She is very very lucky and I feel even luckier to be able to go there and share it at times.

Yes it is all hers plus she has fields as well that she lets the local farmer use for his sheep and cows and an orchard.

She has told me many times how long she has been there but you know what my brain is like. I am sure she only has her 2 daughters though who are in thier late forties, one of whom still lives there, she has never mentioned a son.
I will find out though.

Very lucky and right oppisite her house is the pink cottage that she also owns. She is not overly happy with the person in there at the moment so i have asked her if she gets rid of them to let me move in. It would be a perfect dream to live there.
