A day at the River (Boxer)

We went for a lovely walk at the river on Sunday and Monty got a chance to cool off after the mini heatwave we had last week!

The big wuss won't swim so if the ball goes to far we lose it!



Fortunately that one was within his depth tolerance!

He's spotted another dog in the distance:



Check out the intense look! This was quite funny because about 30 seconds later the people walking the other dog walked up to him and stroked him and he just stayed like that staring at the other dog!!



And just to spite the fact that I mocked his huge ears this roll resulted in a very smelly car ride home and him needing a bath!!

Thanks! He did have a fab time, the river is one of his favourite walks and we're very lucky that particular walk is only a 10 minute drive away!

He's in good shape at the moment. He's just past the two and a half year mark and hopefully we're past all the ribby phases! His coat also gets a lot lighter in the summer as well which seems to make it more shiny!
