Mini bullies ??

I have just been chatting to a friend of ours in USA she has brought a puppy from these people http://wizardofclaws.com/weekly.htm (personally I am horrified.) She has bought a miniature bull terrier ( I didn't know there was such a breed ?) and since they got him 4 weeks ago it has been a long list of medication and vets visits. The latest is the vet holds very little hope for the puppy as it has so many digestive problems and has suggested euthanasia.

Incidentally when she picked up the pup he came complete with a weeks supply of anti biotics as the seller said it was just aprecaution as the pups are kept in such sterile surroundings they worry about them coming out into the public where they can pick up so many germs !

Yes there is mini bullies, that poor pup. People like that shouldnt be allowed to sell puppies

Very sad indeed I hate puppy peddlars scum of the earth imo. I had a quick look but its too sad to be honest; all those poor pups which are apparently "very lucky" to make it onto their webpage.

Minature Bullies are a lot less common than the standard ones but they are around I cant remember what the standard is for them but I think the height 14" may come in somewhere possibly that they are to be 14" or under.

Fingers crossed for the pup. Hindsight is a great thing but hopefully they will be more careful as to where they buy a pup from in the future, the only way places like this manage to operate is when there is people willing to buy from them. This isnt a dig at your friend but in general I wish people would do more research before buying any dog and it could (not always) save a lot of heartache.

Size according to the standard is as laura says 14 inches


Size
Height should not exceed 35.5 cms (14ins). There should be an impression of substance to size of dog. There is no weight limit. Dog should at all times be balanced

I like them but have never seen one in real life yet The mini I mean not the teacup dogs
