I developed winter asthma as a teenager as well!
Hope you get sorted! If you do feel an attack come on do breathing exercises. In 1-2-3, hold 2-3, out 1-2-3. Just nice and steady breathing. If it is panic attacks, the counting gives you something else to concentrate on and stops hyperventilation.
Hope that is clear, I do tend to waffle and then not get my piont accross then!

Sorry Jay but dont agree with your doctor on the asthma, there are lots of teenagers who get it. Try keeping a record on a chart of your peak flow, especially when you have a "panic attack" and morning and night. Your comparison should ascertain a pattern.

Hiya, i will be keeping track of my breathing with my peak flow. The bag didnt really work last night when i woke up unable to breath but i will continue to "give it a shot". I have this feeling i will back either at the doctors for a second opinion or i'll end up in a & e practically dying. Im due to change doctors due to a house move so maybe it will happen sooner rather than later.

xxFingers crossedxx
