How is everyone doing? Ive lapsed a bit and put on some of my weight lost but back on it this week!

I've been getting on really well thanks. Since Jan 1st I've lost a total of 3st 10lb so far.

How are you getting on now you're back on it?

I joined our free slimming club at work today. You go in your own time before anyone makes any comments about perks for civil servants!

I was shocked at my weight even though I asked for it in kilos so it doesn't mean so much

Anyone got any recommendations for healthy eating plans? I have been really naughty tonight an taken a big chunk out of my huge Easter egg Jamie bought me

I find portion control is the best way to help with diets.

I've lost my enthusiasm for it a bit I think have had a hard couple of weeks as we were almost homeless but it's sorted now thank goodness! Think that's just hit me so hard it's knocked my progress cause I just didn't care. Feel like I'm getting it back now though, might get my own set of scales cause waiting a week to weigh means I get bored and give up.

Thanks for that. I am swapping my unhealthy snack choices for healthy ones. I have given up chocolate (2 days!!) and am eating lots of fruit.

I am also making enquiries about joining a gym which is very near where I live.

Me too and I've only just started! I put on 300g in my first week since joining I blame Jamie's extra large Easter egg which I thought I had better eat up as he bought me it for Easter and it wasn't at all tempting until I joined the slimming club!
