Great news Kazz but still makes you mad eh. At work I just received a call on Friday about an invoice I sent out. Nothing new there trouble is they only received it and I sent it in March. We regularly have mail just go missing here at work and exactly the same thing happened with Cassys registration certificates too which were replaced and the amount refunded.

Royal Mail is a real state if you ask me.

Most postmen are bloody idiots... we have had things delivered all bent up when it clearly says DO NOT BEND or FRAGILE on it.

Simple thing to do would be to ring the bell (to see if anyone is home) or give it to a neighbour... but they cannot think about doing the simplest of things at times.
