Salmon kebabs - great for bbq!
Also try baking salmon fillet lightly covered in mango chutney, very nice.

Tuna steaks -

Marinate with:

two cloves freshly pressed garlic - preferably organic (taste is unbelievable)
1 piece of ginger grated or pressed - whatever you prefer
Soy sauce
White wine or rose wine - we use rose for the sweetness, or you can use honey

Soak tuna in the marinade in a bowl covered in the refridgerator for at least 4 hours - flip them after 2 hours.

Grill them in a pan with the grilling lines to get a nice charcoal look and flavour (usually 2.5 to 3 mins each side but depends on thickness)

Serve with fresh baby pototoes lightly drizzled in butter and a sprinkle of seasoning, and a lovely beetroot, pinenut, rocket and avocado salad which has a lemon, balsamic and italian olive oil dressing....

Yum

I also use a sweet condiment to accompany fish - mango and apricot relish is lovely with it.

A quick and easy Scooner Tuna.

Tin of tuna, any kind of pasta sauce (eg Ragu), soft cheese, orange peppers, olives (optional). Heat and simmer and serve with pasta.

Can make your own tomato based sauce of course - tin chopped tomatos, cheese, veggies, herbs, onion, garlic (if you like).
