My second toy has just arrived - Heru mincer/grinder and sausage maker

Its like Christmas in here today. A Heru mincer/grinder and sausage maker it also has a tool that makes kebbes I think have to look into those I think they are some kind of bisucit.

Not a chance to use it yet. I will also be grinding small soft bone in it, not recommended but none of them do unless you buy industrial. Lots of research again and people have said they use it for small soft bone or smash it a bit first then put it through. I won't be doing a lot of bone grinding anyway so this is more for me.

The kibbeh I know is lamb mixed with burghul and this can be raw or cooked.
