Cramp in feet

Oooooow its killing me and my toes are going all over the place

Anyone else get it and got any tips how to get rid of it and stop it coming.....

Tonic water. It contains quinine which gets rid of cramp.

Thanks, it only comes when Ive done a lot of driving. Its still here arghhhhhh. Might send the man the shop

An excuse to drink tea which also have quinine in it!!! If it happens when you are driving, watch out for what footwear you are wearing. Tighter shoes tend to cut down the blood circulation, especially if your foot is stuck to the accelerator for a while without moving. Try having specific comfy shoes that you can leave in the car and use just for driving

I used to get very bad foot and calf cramps which woke me several times a night and were agonising. I now take both potassium and magnesium supplements, which lessen the frequency considerably, plus I keep a pack of these:

in the top drawer of my bedside cabinet, to take if cramps do wake me.

I used to get that a lot I find a cold spray available from Boots a good quick fix also I haven't had nearly so many since I started wearing a BioFlow bracelet

I stick my feet on a cold surface to get rid of cramp.. never knew there were so many methods..
