Lip swelling...

Oh lord! Roly seems to have caused me more worry in two months than Bongo has in 3.5 years! I've just noticed that his upper lip, top right quarter is really very swollen. He usually has close-fitting lips, but it's all over the place this evening. He's is a ferocious chewer, and my rational mind says it's abrasion from an overused nylabone, but I seem to be completely paranoid that he's got cancer

Seriously though I doubt that a cancer would appear suddenly like that.
Maybe a visit to the vet would be in order if it hasn't gone down tomorrow..
Hope he is ok.

He's actually at the vets tomorrow anyway, to be castrated. I'll point it out to them then.
