Anyone watch Neighbours?

Just wondering if anyone has the same idea as me that the new young boy Luka that Serena is 'interested in' is infact her Brother!!?? Its just that I remember Liliana saying about losing a baby boy, also she thought shae heard it cry, Lilianas mother hads been acting more weird that ususal too. BUT now as Liliana has been taken ill I am wondering if this may all come out if it should be life threatening - or am I just imaging things?

Sweep I was thinking the same thing. I mean Liliana's mum has been doing her best to stop Luke seeing Serena. There's defo something going on
