Doggy Sunday 13th March 2022

Well it was ok first thing now raining. Not impressed with Utility or Toy at Crufts line up yesterday. Weird tail on Yorkie? And that bouffant hair on Toy poodle. Have a good day peeps.

Just had a lovely walk with the poochies, still sunny, sure it won't last

Lovely morning here then chucked it down most of the afternoon. Was nice for our walk though.

Rosie sits like a princess in her pram, but it's a bit too much for me. The pushing bit is OK, but picking her up and putting her down to keep getting her in and out makes me so out of breath I go dizzy. So, it's a case of bringing the mobility scooter back into play and changing out route. Dave will use it while we are on the grass around the lake, then I'll jump on an Rosie will be put on my knee on the concrete parts of the walk. New batteries on order and we should be able to start using it on Thursday(ish)

The car is finally going in tomorrow (hire car availabilty permitting). I'm hoping they get it done quickly. I hate having a hire car.

Nothing much else happening. Just our usual 'exiting' lives

Awww Chris, if you had been closer, you could have tried my 3 wheeled off road dog buggy, it has a step on the front wheel so minimal lifting.....more a supporting hand. I only used it once, bought it for my old dog Diez as she used to love going to the river but it was way to far for her, I got her in it and she whinged and the only time she stopped was when I went fast lol. Damn near killed me that, I couldn't use my crutches, could barely walk by the time we got back....I never ever tried it again, the cat absolutely loved it though, used to pop himself in it for a sleep!!
Got a banging headache, I feel very odd.... hoping I am not heading for a Tia again, have taken all the pain relief I have but it's not shifted.

We couldn't get a bigger pram in the car, but it would have been a lovely gesture if we lived nearer. Fortunately, the mobility scooter takes to bits so it just fits with a bit of push and shove
