If you scroll to the end of the article there is a clickable link to the video. I did not wish to view it.
Thank you very much for this Malka.

The killer himself, Geoff Hayes, 67, a retired estate ranger, maintained he had no connections to either pro or anti-hunt groups

So the Countryside Alliance just happened to be there filming when an ex 'estate ranger' stabbed the poor animal..saynomore.

You asked if the stabbing and neck breaking were on the video and whether it reported to the rspca and police.

I posted a link to where it stated that it was.

Nothing more, nothing less.

Don't 'reserve judgement' go and watch the bloody video!

How you can breezily dismiss stuff because 'it was then' and not now amazes me.

**editing to say there were more posts since I finished mine. But I still don't see even a hint of sorrow or feeling from the OP about the incident that was filmed. WHOEVER did it or filmed it - doesn't make it OK because it wasn't her 'pet project Stag'. Unless some animals feel pain and distress less than others depending on their sex or age? (insert the rolling eyeball smiley here)

I haven't dismissed anything 'breezily' . I questioned if there was proof to support the claim that a member of LACs was caught stabbing & breaking deers necks. And it appears not. Which is what I highlighted in my post when I quoted Malka.

You couldn't be more wrong about me not feeling upset over this, I cant watch the video, just reading about it has upset me enough. I don't condone any cruelty by anyone, the Countryside Alliance are disingenuous and cruel, which is why I reserve judgement until I see proof it was a member of LACs . I hope the ranger was severely punished, but I doubt it!... & cant find anything on the internet that links him to LACs.

Anyone can "maintain" they had no connection with anything, which is why so many criminals "maintain" their innocence when pleading Not Guilty to something they are charged with doing.

"Maintaining" something does not necessarily mean it is the truth.

First you want to see evidence, then when it is offered you cannot watch it.

Absolutely Malka, which is why I reserve judgement.

And I'm not disputing the there is evidence on that video of the brutal act being committed. Its evidence that it was a LACs member committing the offence I was referring to.

No. You specifically asked if the stabbing and neck breaking were on the video and whether it reported to the RSPCA and police. I actually copies and pasted your words, which is why in my response I incorrectly used lower case letters for the RSPCA, as you had.

I posted a link to where it stated that it was.

Now you are saying you were referring to evidence that it was a member of the LAC who committed the offense.

The man was wearing camouflage gear, so how can anyone prove or disprove who actually was under that camouflage, and with whom his loyalties were. He could have been anyone, given any name, age, occupation etc.

That is what camouflage clothing is for - to hide the person inside it.
