I use"https://imgur.com " to post on here. it is a free online storage site. Once you have joined it is dead easy to use.

here is a walk through

First page is (without my river photo on it)




Notice top right is my name (see little arrow under)

so you right click on that which brings you to this page for picture size. I have already a lot of photos here




then onto the dropdown to picture size



which is then automatically stored then click on Add Image
and then next


now to adding photos .

along the top shows how many photos you can drag into the square,



Says browse or drag image here. that is a image already on your computer




once a picture appears then right click over picture and go to copy See BBCode in drop down list




Then go the dogsey and paste onto thread

Remember this is just a walk through not active screen shots. You have to join for free first

I've tried Ibuprofen and that didn't touch it. Also tried the Ibuprofen gel combined with Paracetamol and that doesn't do much either so I'm hoping it goes away on it's own . It's something I get occasionally in winter so it's come as a bit of a nasty surprise to have it in summer. At least in winter I can ditch the bra as the strap seems to come right over the painful bit. Wouldn't dare do that in summer - it wouldn't be a pretty sight .
